- Profile Pictures: To allow users to take or update their profile photos for identification within the building management system
- Document Capture: To photograph documents for verification, maintenance requests, or administrative purposes including visitor ID verification
- Facility Booking: To capture photos related to facility bookings or damage reports
- Maintenance Requests: To photograph issues that require maintenance or repair
- Security Documentation: For security incidents, visitor logs, and compliance documentation as required by building management protocols
3. Data Collection and Storage
When you use the camera feature:
- Photos are processed locally on your device when possible to minimize data transmission
- Security guard scans and visitor photos are encrypted and uploaded to our secure servers for security compliance
